Wonderful location, private parking. Direct connection to massena square. The hotel was close to Nice-Ville train station.

Rooms are good sized and location is unbeatable. We appreciated sitting on the small balcony. If you want to visit castel plage, the hotel is 5 minutes' walk from there...
